[BLDG-SIM] TRY to DOE-2 weather file conversion

Hi,

I have a TRY weather file (with no solar data). I tried to convert it  to
DOE-2, (i.e. *.bin weather file format), using DOEWTH,  but I am getting the
following error:

fortrtl: severe(64) : input conversion error, input 5, file  . . .
.\input.tmp

FYI: the output  file shows no error.

Any help is appreciated.
