[BLDG-SIM] DOE? TRNSYS?

I'm looking for the opinion of people familiar with both  DOE2
and TRNSYS. The question is :
Which software is the best for :
- easy modelling of usual houses, dwellings, office buildings
- accurate modelling of usual houses, dwellings, office buildings
- easiness to add new owner's component, never modelized before
- availability of model libraries
- modelling  Infra Red exchanges inside rooms
- modelling thermal comfort (PMV, SET, Gagge model, etc)

- short learning time
- maintainance and hot line in French
- existence of French speaking learning sessions
- distributor in French-speaking area

Thank-you for your help : I have to choose and I only know one out of these softwares
