Stratification effects are quite easily modeled using Computational Fluid
Dynamics.  Unforunately, it is not feasible to model these effects over a
long time period such as a year.  The best approach is to create snapshot
models of various different conditions and usage situations.  The CFD
program will then show the amount of stratification or buoyantly induced
air flow through the space.  These numbers can then be put into DOE2 using
a schedule or a macro or some other function.
