[BLDG-SIM] EnXML - A Schema for Energy Simulation Data Exchange

The IAI has recently voted to make the IFC model available for public 
review.  They are still working through copyright issues on the 
documentation of the model.  I will try to keep you posted as the 
glacier moves forward.
