[BLDG-SIM] Measured ceiling plenum temperatures

Hi,

I am looking for a data source of measured ceiling plenum temperatures in
commercial buildings for both ducted return and plenum return air
conditioning systems.   Alternatively "rules of thumb" for plenum
temperatures with respect to ambient temperatures would also be appreciated.
