[BLDG-SIM] EnergyPlus beta 2 and licensing

Building Simulation Colleagues:

We are pleased to announce that the beta 2 of EnergyPlus
is now available.  Instructions for obtaining beta 2 can
be found at:

  http://www.eren.doe.gov/buildings/energy_tools/energyplus.htm

This site includes a link to the beta download site and other
EnergyPlus information--including information about EnergyPlus
licensing and schedules for future betas and release 1.0.

Follow the links to the beta 2 download site.  The install file
contains the EnergyPlus Beta 2 release (executables, readme files,
documentation, sample input/output files, a simple editor to
create input files, an EnergyPlus launch utility, a translator
for converting BLAST input files to EnergyPlus input files, and
some sample weather data).

When your beta test license agreement is received, we will furnish
you with an installation password.  Questions and comments may be
