[BLDG-SIM] Weather Data

Could someone tell me the best place to find good, current (1999) weather
data for use in PowerDOE for a city not in the library?  I am trying to
locate Blacksburg weather data hopefully in an acceptable format (TMY, TMY2,
etc.).  Thanks.
