[BLDG-SIM] Heating efficiency for PSZ and HVSYS

I use DOE-21E ver 110 to simulate building energy consumption.  However, I
can't find how to define heating efficiency for PSZ and HVSYS(they have hot
water heating coils).
Can you help me?
