[BLDG-SIM] weather question

hi,everyone :
	I wonder whether I can obtained the weather files of Shanghai ,a city in China?
	if not possible,can I modify the tmy file to "suit" Shanghai's weather? But it need lots of parimeters that I don't know.
	I don't know how to do now. Can you give me some advice?
