[bldg-sim] entering air temp for air-cooled condensers
This topic is discussed in the following paper:
"The Measured Impacts of Air Conditioner Condenser Shading", J.Stone,
D.Parker and S.Barkaszi, presented at 2002 ACEEE Summer study of Energy
Efficiency in Buildings.
Hope this will help.
