[BLDG-SIM] Weather: Palo Alto vs other Bay Area locations

Does anyone have experience they'd be willing to share regarding SF Bay
Area weather files?

It would seem that Palo Alto might be closer to San Francisco (Downtown
or Airport) for heating, but the summer is more extreme.  However not as
extreme as that of San Jose.

If anyone has a weather file lying around, or an idea on how they've
tackled this problem, I would appreciate hearing about it.
