[BLDG-SIM] EQUEST Baseboard Heating

It appears it is required to input baseboard capacity in Btu/hour when baseboard heating in a specific zone is desired.  This would require an estimation of envelope heat loss.  Does EQUEST distribute the baseboard capacity equally along the perimeter wall surfaces?
