[bldg-sim] Maximum number of zones in DOE 2.1E

Andrew,

Run the following in DOE-2.1e or DOE-2.2 BDL commands through doebdl.exe to
determine your unique DOE-2 versions limits and defaults. Replace XXX with
whatever command you want to know more details on (SPACE or ZONE in your
case). The resulting BDL echo file will answer your question.
