[bldg-sim] Exterir lighting

Can someone tell me how to specify exterior lighting power in DOE2.2?  I've
tried the DOE2.1E method, and that doesn't seem to work.  Also, I've
searched all the DOE2.2 manuals for something on this, but with no success.
