[bldg-sim] specific energie in office buildings

Our company, Gas Natural SDG, S.A., has been working in the energy area for many years ago. The headquarters are in Barcelona (Spain), but we are working around the world (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Marocco, Italy,...). Now, we are looking for the value of specific energie in office buildings.
Anybody knows the ratio kWh/m2 (or BtuIT/ft2), for offices buildings?(it depensd of the clima). If not, could you give to us how to get it? or any information relationed?
