[BLDG-SIM] DOE2.1E weather files for China

I would like to test them. I found a TMY file for Shanghai at http://www.doe2.com. I will compare your file to this one and I will let you know if there are any major differences.

Hello Chris,

I have "generated" TMY-2 files for Shanghai and Qingdao (is that the
same city as Quindao?) if you would like to try them (no warranties
implied.) These are generated from statistical data and are not
recorded records. You might find these useful if you don't find "real"
TMY2 files.

Regards,

Is there a source of weather files for DOE2.1E? In particular
Quindao. Shanghai is close enough if Quindao is not available?
