[BLDG-SIM] Operative Temperature Thermostats

Sort of off topic but I have predicted energy savings via infloor radiant 
heating and operative temperature sensing.  Now the Owner wants to install 
operative temperature thermostats.  Does anyone know of a manufacture for a 
commercial (school) building?
