[BLDG-SIM] Masonry Anchors -- Plastic Ties

This question is regarding brick masonry facades for high-rise buildings
(more than 3 stories).   I am looking for
"plastic" ties/masonry anchors for use in masonry
facades to reduce the heat loss usually seen through the steel
ties.  The ties will bind a 4" thick brick veneer facade to a
6" thick CMU block backing.  The assembly includes insulation
(3") and an air cavity (1") between the brick and block.  I'd
appreciate if you could let me know of any manufacturers/suppliers of
plastic ties that you may be familiar with, even if they are based
outside the US.
