[bldg-sim] The weather file in EnergyPlus

Dear all,

 

When I try to make a weather file of EnergyPlus, I find it difficult to deal with the parameter about the solar energy.  What is the meaning of "Horizontal Infrared Radiation from Sky" and "Opaque Sky Cover" in E+ weather file? Could you explain it to me? thanks!
