[BLDG-SIM] Load Calculation Methodology for Trane TRACE

Hi, I didn't immediately see the procedure that TRACE uses to calculate 
loads on their webpage (gave it a quick glance, I apologize if it's there 
and I missed it!), can someone out there using that program let me know?
