[BLDG-SIM] DOE21E modling using RHFS

Dear BLDG-Sim colleagues,

I am using DOE2.1En133 to simulate Fan system with reheat boxes in space.  I 
am using the RHFS command in system, however, my heating consumption is very 
high and my space cooling temperature is very low.

Does anyone have experience with this issue and can offer any suggestions / 
fix for it?
