[BLDG-SIM] infiltration in commercial buildings

Title: specific energie in office buildings

I am modeling a large dormitory building.  I am specifically examining replacing its single pane curtain wall system with an insulated curtain wall system. ASHRAE-Fundamentals gives guidance on how to model the infiltration in residential buildings, but offers little guidance in terms of commercial buildings. Has anyone seen or done a study on infiltration rates on the exterior zones of commercial buildings? or a study on infiltration rates with different glazing types?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
