[BLDG-SIM] Dedicated OA Systems

I just saw an ASHRAE presentation on Dedicated Outside Air Systems with
Radiant Cooling by Dr. Stanley Mumma.  The concept looks very interesting,
but I have no idea how to model it.  Has anyone tried to simulate this type
of system?
