[BLDG-SIM] question about heat recovery for primary air handler in Fan coil unit

Dear guys:
Now i am working on a simulation for a Fan coil unit system with a central 
air handler for all the rooms.The software i used is equest3.5. The problem 
is that the owner ask me to evaluate the result of adding heatrecovery 
equipments at the primary air handler. But as i know, the primary air 
handler system for fresh ai can not be added to the existing fan coil 
system.How can anybody give me some suggestions about this problem.
