I would like to sincerely thank all those who provided leads and information in response to my recent request. I've received well over 20 replies and am overwhelmed by  your assistance. If things work out, I'll take the relative information we include in our report, repackage it and and maybe add to it and send it to the lists servers. It promises to be an interesting compilation.
