[bldg-sim] CHP energy cost summary

Does anyone have any experience with utility rate applications for electricity? We are simulating the cost comparison of building having a traditional chilled water plant and boilers against a plant having three cogeneration units providing heat for an absorption chiller. The results shown in report ES-E do not match report ES-F. The total charges should be the same or am I missing something?
