The original TMY2 files contain global horizontal illuminance data
as well as direct normal, diffuse horizontal, and zenith illuminance.

Illuminance data was calculated using luminous efficacy models
developed by Perez:
http://rredc.nrel.gov/solar/pubs/tmy2/appendixa.html#calc

Does anyone know of a program or a procedure to convert TMY2 solar
radiation data into horizontal daylight illuminance?
