I am just trying to establish whether ASHRAE 90.1 2004 requires the proposedbuilding to use the same fan system efficiency (kW/cfm) as the baseline(Refer to page 69 of the standard) for the Energy cost budget methodology.


Have there been any previous variances on this?

Any direction will help.
