[BLDG-SIM] eQUEST v3.6 Report issues

They don't come back if you close and restart?

Also are the files in the right directory?  If you have a file open on a
network drive then you won't be able to see the reports for projects in
another folder.  Reports for projects in the eQuest/projects directory
should always be visible of course.
