[BLDG-SIM] question about bin weather data information

Hello Everyone,

 I am Ms student and graduated fluid mechanic (energy conversion) in 
Sharif University of
technology in Tehran-Iran.

   I have hourly METEOROLOGICAL weather data of Iran in the format 
that I will send to
you, how can  I convert this format to bin weather data file that will 
be proper for
PowerDOE,eQUEST and DOE-2.
