Hey All,

I am working on developing an energy model of a building for a client that wants to claim the tax deduction based on EPACT 2005. As this is the first time I am doing this, can someone please post a checklist of things that I might need from the client and a step-wise process to get through to the results. The building is a 63000 Sqft textile processing plant / warehouse. I am also wondering about the legal liability, and what should the final deliverable contain.
