[BLDG-SIM] LEED Core and Shell, Enhanced Commissioning Credit

Title: LEED Core and Shell, Enhanced Commissioning Credit

Folks,

Our office is working on a LEED Core and Shell project in which the building is a cold, dark shell (no lighting or HVAC in the scope).  Do you know how to achieve the Enhanced Commissioning credit for a cold, dark shell?  The only thing you could commission would be the envelope.
