Mechanical Department Manager

Seeking individuals interested in a management opportunity with a growing Mechanical/Electrical/Commissioning consulting firm. The position will lead the mechanical business and be part of the senior management team.

Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited University with a minimum of 10

years experience

· Registered Professional Engineer

· Has business development and marketing skills

· Has thorough understanding of all mechanical systems

· Must have an understanding of appropriate codes

· Must be capable of managing multiple projects and project teams

· Must possess the following skills: staff and budgets management, communications,

decision making, job knowledge, judgment, planning and organization, leadership and

problem solving

· Must be able to communicate with a variety of individuals; must be able to follow verbal

and written instructions/directions and respond to inquiries

· Supervisory skills and experience

The mechanical department is made up of 15-20 engineers, techs, and project managers. The position is located in St. Paul, MN.
