[BLDG-SIM] eQuest - error CHW temp vs. LAT

Hi,

eQuest is giving us an error when modeling a chiller plant that has a high delta-T.  The chilled water temps are 41ºF / 57ºF, and the anticipated discharge temp off the coil is 55ºF.  This would be accomplished by a relatively deep coil.  eQuest does not like the fact that the return CHW Temp is higher than the leaving air temp.  It would like to see at least a 6ºF approach between the two. 

 

Any suggestions on how to satisfy eQuest while maintaining a good simulation of the CHW pumping energy and chiller compressor performance?
