[BLDG-SIM] Announcing Addenda R to make Appendix G Normative

The public review of BSR/ASHRAE/IESNA Addendum r to 
ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-2007, Energy Standard for 
Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings,
has been extended to November 26, 2007.

This addendum changes Informative Appendix G Performance 
Rating Method in a Normative Appendix. Additionally, some 
language has been modified to make the Appendix Enforceable.
